As members of the New Zealand Financial Services Group, we work with all of the major banks, plus a range of non-bank lenders. So we’re able to access many different types of finance to suit your needs. And because we’re paid by the lenders, our service doesn’t usually cost you a cent.

After working in banks for many years, we felt the need to bridge the gap between preparing customers for their loan applications and presenting them in a way that’s easier for the banks to work with. Solving this problem results in the best outcome for our clients.
In February 2021, Jenny and Praveen purchased The Mortgage Centre to make this happen. During the few years since we started, we’ve added 6 more advisors throughout the North Island, and we’re continually expanding.
